To keep your jewelry looking bright and beautiful, avoid contact with chemicals such as perfume and chlorine. Store your pieces in a dry, moisture-free environment—zip lock pouches or airtight boxes work best—to preserve their color and plating.

If your jewelry comes into contact with sweat, gently wipe it with a clean, dry cloth before placing it back in airtight storage. Proper care will help maintain the shine and longevity of your treasured pieces.

Your jewelry pieces come with a one-year warranty on the plating. The first polish is on us—after that, any polishing will be billed at cost.

As we use natural gemstones, replacing stones depends on the availability of the same shape, size, color, and other characteristics. We will do our best to source a suitable match to restore your piece.
